About Me

I am a Senior Research Engineer at OPPO, working on cutting-edge computer vision technologies including Stable Diffusion, Video Inpainting, and Video Generation. I completed my Ph.D. at Cleveland State University under the supervision of Dr. Hongkai Yu at the Cleveland Vision & AI Lab, where I was the first Ph.D. graduate in March 2024.

My research interests span across computer vision, deep learning, and their applications in autonomous driving, remote sensing, and semantic segmentation. I have published multiple papers in top-tier conferences and have been recognized with several awards for my contributions to the field.

Research Areas

🚗 Autonomous Driving

Developing advanced perception systems for connected and automated vehicles (CAV), including V2V cooperative perception and low-light driving scenarios. Our work on V2V4Real dataset was accepted as a highlight paper at CVPR 2023.

🎨 Generative AI

Working on state-of-the-art generative models including Stable Diffusion for video inpainting and generation. Focus on creating realistic and temporally consistent video content using deep learning techniques.

🛰️ Remote Sensing

Applying computer vision techniques to analyze satellite and aerial imagery for various applications including land use classification, change detection, and environmental monitoring.

🔍 Semantic Segmentation

Developing robust semantic segmentation algorithms for understanding complex scenes in both natural and urban environments, with applications in autonomous navigation and scene understanding.
